Day 0: Getting to, and our first day in Paris!
...The day has finally come. The plane tickets were triple-checked, we've quadruple-checked with our ride to the airport, our bags were packed [twice], we had our passports, the air conditioning was turned off at the house, the credit card companies were called, the mail was forwarded, the fridge was empty, the dogs were dropped off at boarding and the schedule we knew within the United States was 100% clear for the next two weeks!
.....and...."Bonjour!" We've landed in Paris!

Keep moving ! Stay ahead of that "jet-lag !"
Nicole and I arrived to Paris one evening and one morning before we met our group. This gave us ample time in case of an airline mix-up or delay. We stayed in the Rue Clair district and didn't skip a beat once we got off the plane! The flight was long, but overnight, so we slept on the plane. We landed at about 4pm in Paris [having left Texas at ~4pm] and acted like the flight never happened. We checked in, went to dinner and went to bed just like we would at home.
Tip: Don't try to keep comparing European time to American time, it is exhausting!!!!
